The children's author, Sean Perkins spent the whole day at Clevelands and the children thoroughly enjoyed listening to him read his own book, Oscar and Ben and answer questions.  In the morning, Sean delivered a presentation on his choices and life at school, through to his studying for a degree in Graphic Design, to him pursuing a career in that subject, before finally arriving at this point in his life, a children’s author. 

He explained that his passion at school was art and showed the children how he used his love of art to study graphic design. I learned a few things during the morning too. Ask your children about the FedEx logo……!!!!  It was an illuminating presentation and the children asked some super questions. I have sent a letter via email on Friday evening that explains if your child would like a signed copy of his book, what you need to do. I would like to thank Sean for his input and time. It was a great event and the first of many such presentations.
