We took a mainly Year Five team to Westholme School for our second football tournament of the year. The weather was brutal and the boys had to endure hail, snow and a biting wind. They lost the first game narrowly to a last minute goal and won their second game 1:0. It wasn't enough to take us through to the final but they played so well in the conditions. Highlights were watching Mr. Cahillane retrieve the match ball and getting  stuck in a swamp and the hot food afterwards,  provided by the host school, Westholme.
