We understand the demands of modern family life, which is why Little Gems Nursery is open for 51 weeks a year, from 7:30am to 6:00pm. Our extended hours are designed to support parents' busy schedules while providing a stable and consistent environment for your child.

Charges and Funding

Little Gems Nursery Charges are £60 per day. We are pleased to participate in the Government Nursery Education Grant funding which entitles your child to 15 hours per week of subsidised child-care. We also offer the 30 hours funding for working parents. The term after your child’s third birthday, you will be able to claim up to 15 or 30 hours per week.

Please see details below of our offering:

• 9 months-old working parents: 15 hours
• 2 years old working parents: 15 hours
• 3 & 4 years old : 15 and 30 hours

We carefully structure our timetable to help parents maximise their 30 hours of funding. However, in order to enjoy the full Preparatory School benefits, additional charges are made for specialist, high-quality teaching provision including Music, French, PE and Dance.

About Funding 

 *Your child will automatically receive 15 hours funding the term following their 3rd birthday.  To claim the additional 15 hours, you will need to visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk to check your eligibility and apply.

Deductions are made from the school charges on qualifying for the 15 hour or 30 hour free childcare entitlement, once an eligibility code has been obtained from 30 hours free childcare - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
